I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Karla. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers with a lot of questions and some unique challenges, and she was patient, kind, and incredibly responsive every step of the way. She never made us feel overwhelmed or unimportant-just the opposite. We didn’t ask a stupid question and she answered all of our questions thoroughly. Karla treated us like family and truly cared about helping us get into our forever home. While others focused only on numbers, she focused on us and our future. Because of her patience, dedication, and compassion, we are now in our dream home—something that honestly didn’t feel possible at times. If you’re looking for a realtor or lender who will take the time to explain the process, support you every step of the way, and truly care about your journey, I can’t recommend Karla Humm enough. She remembers there is a family involved. She understands how emotional and important this process is, and she will do everything she can to help you get into your home.

Karla put numerous hours showing us houses, doing research, submitting bids, explaining definitions, as well as counseling us through the ups and downs. As we submitted the bid on the 9th home, we were not convinced we could continue to get our hopes up and then crushed. In this fierce sellers' market we were outbid time after time, after sixth time, after seventh time, and even on the way-way over asking eighth time. But Karla had faith. Her optimism and dedication inspired us to keep looking to find that perfect home. But the ninth home was God's plan all along. Our friend guided us lovingly through this stressful process, always supportive. And I felt such a peace walking through the garden during the final inspection, I knew we were home.

Karla made buying our first home such an easy experience! She was a pleasure to work with, never pushy and genuinely wants the best for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
